Because of the size of the mill my plan in approach was to start off by tracing a line of the fire control pocket using a pencil and then drilling an either half inch hole or 3/8' hole to the correct depth right in the center of the fire control pocket outline I traced. What I am needing some help with is knowing what size bits and endmills to use for the job.
Could some folks here who have completed their own 80% AR lowers on a manual mill share some advice and input on the subject? I've got a Taig manual mini mill with their upgrade motor and newer ER spindle, as well as a 10' drill-press for the job.
